Creation of Long List

Based on strategic fit, financial capacity, and business compatibility, we compile a comprehensive list of potential Japanese buyers.

Obtaining Name Clearance

We obtain approval to disclose the name of the target company to selected Japanese Potential buyers.

Approach and matching with potential Buyers

We approach the shortlisted potential buyers to assess their interest and compatibility.

Execution of Financial Advisor Agreement with Potential Buyers

We enter an FA (Financial Advisor) agreement with prospective buyers who have expressed a clear intention to proceed with the M&A process.

Management Meeting

We coordinate a management meeting between the buyer and the Seller.

Sinning of MOU (Memorandum of Understanding)

We sign a non-binding agreement outlining the fundamental terms and conditions of the proposed transaction.

Due Diligence

We coordinate the buyer’s due diligence process.

Execution of Share Purchase Agreement/ Shareholder’s Agreement

We finalize legally binding agreements detailing the terms of the share transfer and post-transaction shareholder arrangements.

Share Transfer and Settlement

We complete the transaction by transferring ownership and settling the payment as per the agreed terms.

Masahiro Nakano

Masahiro began his career at Kiraboshi Bank, supporting SMEs in Tokyo and Kanagawa area.
He later earned a master’s in international business from Hult International Business School in Boston, with a focus on corporate finance and M&A valuation.

Upon returning to Japan, he joined a leading cross-border M&A advisory firm, where he supported Japanese buyers in acquiring overseas and domestic companies.

He founded EOG Partners to bridge Japan and the world through trusted and strategic M&A advisory.
